Infos & Characteristics It all started from an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of current harness technologies, regarding in particular the softshell (the classic flexible harness) and the hardshell (the rigid shell harness): The Softshell The softshell provides perfect adaptability to the user's body type and movements. But it becomes distorted under the pressure of the kite: The user's sides are compressed. It therefore has good adaptability, but little hold. The Hardshell The hardshell does not become distorted under the pressure of the kite: The user's sides are not compressed. But it has no adaptability to the user's body type and movements. It therefore has a very good hold, but little adaptability. By separating the functions of "effort management" and "comfort", we have created a harness that adapts perfectly to your body type and your movements, while offering unparalleled support.

KITE BARFocus On What Matters: Simple – Functional – Reliable – Durable – SafeSimplicity is the ultimate sophistication! In addition to the new features, the RRD Global Bar Y30 is still equipped with special lines called “RIGID THREAD LINES”. These have been used exclusively on RRD bars with great success for over 13 years now. A product that’s now widely tested around the world, yet little is known by kiteboarders about the details of its uniqueness. A pro rider will choose our rigid thread lines over any flying lines on the market. They simply DO NOT STRETCH!!! All our lines are produced and developed in Italy, with a worldwide patent granted only to RRD. The Rigid Thread Linesare the result of collaboration with an Italian manufacturing company that has over fifty years of experience in processing lines and ropes, using the most recent and innovative exotic fibers, combined with an intimate knowledge of the physical and mechanical properties of Dyneema. What’s New?The PU tube protecting the power rope has been enlarged to 12 mm for increased durability and smoother movement. The chicken loop has been completely redesigned—it is now fully automatic for enhanced ease of use and safety. The new grip is thinner, and its ergonomic design has been carefully studied to ensure the best possible grip and perfect comfort during even the longest sessions. Whether you're riding in winter or summer, the grip will always deliver the ultimate performance. The RRD Global Bar Y30 combines cutting-edge technology, premium materials, and a focus on reliability to offer the best riding experience possible.FEATURES:• A COMPLETELY RE-DESIGNED BAR SYSTEM BASED ON THE SAME PRINCIPLE OF ITS PREDECESSORS: SIMPLICITY IS THE ULTIMATE SOPHISTICATION. A proven classic refined over years on the water. The Warrior has been one of our most popular waist harnesses for over two decades, known for its great fit, reliable support, and all-day comfort. Designed for riders who want the freedom of a softshell without committing to a hardshell, it delivers solid support where it matters most. The anatomical back support has evolved from the inside out, shaping support along the spine while maintaining flexibility. A 3D molded exterior and anatomical backplate provide structure, while soft neoprene edges reduce pressure points and allow natural movement. On the inside, the Battle Belt 2.0 system and PVA non-slip foam create a secure, dialed-in fit that stays put through the session.
